The Militant Armour
God has been very
merciful to us and has been revealing to us his truth and his
power. The more the truth revealed the more the power
released. It is good to be in the plan of God as God reveals
his truth to those who are in His perfect plan. The voice of
the Lord is always trying to reveal to us his plan and his
power.
This week God
desires that we know about His armour. It is the armour of God
that enables us to not only stand against the wiles of the
devil, but also enables us to stand on the evil day. God
desires that we all live a victorious life. He doesn't desire
to see us overcome either by the enemy or his works.
We therefore have to
be clear as to what God is trying to tell us.
The world we live in
today is not a playground. It is a battle ground and a real
battle is going on. In 1 Peter 5:7 Peter reveals that we have
an adversary, who is always watching us. He is looking for
someone who he can devour. It is very essential that we
understand our adversary very clearly and not fall a
prey to his plans. The adversary is one who has no mercy. His
mind is occupied with only one thing. How can I attack the
children of God and make their life miserable.
we therefore have to
be Vigilant and Sober. We have to understand what God is
trying to tell us and act accordinly.When God tells us to wear
the whole armour of God, we better listen to his voice and
obey him. No one has ever suffered a loss by disobeying God.
on the contrary they always saw the power released by obeying
him. So let us today be wise, let us understand the mind of
God.
Obey him and live a
glorious and supernatural life.
