The secret of Rejoicing and resting
We are living in a world where rejoicing
and resting is an impossibility. Everywhere we find pressures
pressurising people. Many humans including believers are
burdened with pressures which make their life miserable,
painful and rob them of their Rest.
In fact for many "Rejoicing" remains just
a theoretical word with no experience. But we have to
understand that we have a Father in Heaven who is interested
in our welfare. He loves us and desires that we rest and
rejoice.
He leadeth me beside the still waters
says the Psalmist in Psalms 23:2. Don't your desire the life,
where you live always beside the still waters. In order to
enjoy the Rest which God has got for us and Rejoice we need to
know the ways of God. We have to be clear that living a life
of Rejoicing and Rest is possible in a world of no rest.
Therefore be wise and find out God's way
to live the Supernatural life of Rejoicing and rest. In Psalm 33:13-14
the Bible reveals that "The Lord looketh from heaven; he beholdeth all the sons of
men. [14] From the place of his habitation he looketh upon all
the inhabitants of the earth".
Why does God look
down?
Psalm 53:2 - God
looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if
there were any that did understand, that did seek God.
What does God want
us to understand?
Psalm 33:16-17 -
There is no king saved by the multitude of an host: a mighty
man is not delivered by much strength. [17] An horse is a vain
thing for safety: neither shall he deliver any by his great
strength.

The above facts
multitude of an host, much strength, horses and great strength
refer to human natural resources. God says Natural resources
are not going to help you. They are not going to save
you.
what man thinks will
save and protect him will not protect or save him. This is the
truth and we should get it into our spirit if we want to live
a supernatural life overflowing with Rejoicing and rest
We have no strength
of our own.
What will a person
who understands this do?
